Standard production: 3 days for stock-spec products; 10-15 days for engineered projects. Express production (7-15 days) available for urgent orders. We commit to your shipping date in writing and provide weekly production photos.

Yes. Our 12 in-house engineers provide free 2D AutoCAD layout, 3D SolidWorks rendering, and FEA structural calculation report for any project above $5,000 — typically delivered within 48 hours of receiving site dimensions.
